Contact Lisa to set up a time to discuss your travel needs and (most importantly) budget. This can also be done via email exchanges. For best results, plan to provide her with all relevant details:

destination preferences, travel dates, desired travel vendors (American Airlines miles, Hilton Honors)

special requests (financing options, pet friendly, complimentary breakfast),

any specific experiences you seek

preferences: accommodation style (luxury hotels, suites, adjoining rooms)

activities (hiking, Harry Potter, fishing expedition, catamaran snorkeling, etc.),

and special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays) to celebrate during your trip.

Custom Itinerary Planning

Once Lisa gathers your details, she can create a custom proposal that includes flights, accommodations, transfers, and insurance. A trip planning fee will be assessed if she is preparing complex itineraries OR multiple options at once.

Booking & Confirmation

Once you review the proposed itinerary, making adjustments as needed, Lisa will obtain your payment method and make all reservations. She will provide you with confirmation numbers and documentation: flights, accommodations, transportation, insurance paperwork, etc.

Once the trip is booked, Lisa is happy to assist with suggestions and options for fun activities and dining options. She’ll also suggest exclusive experiences, upgrades, and any unique opportunities that align with your interests.

During the Trip

Should the need arise, Lisa is available to help advocate and troubleshoot for you with regards to your transportation, lodging, itinerary, insurance claims, etc.
